Carrot juice not powerful enough this time. Maybe he doesn't like Trump 🤭 Sad for those fans who entered the arena so late 🙄

Better player won as Sinner didn't do anything to deserve a 5th set. Carlos in control for almost the entire match. Sometimes he can become a bit chaotic, because he's got so many options, but he came to win and he did! Without a doubt the most entertaining player on tour who even makes the other dominant player of the current era look quite boring. Senor Carlos is the complete package!
Very symbolic and rightly so that he became number one again this year :hatoff:

Weird knee jerk post. Was Alcaraz Sinner's bitch when he easily beat him at Wimbledon? It's a very even rivalry at the moment, and they've shared the slams this year. Let's see what happens during the indoor swing.
Not really ... Sinner should OWN all hardcourt matches up over Alcaraz. These conditions should be his backyard. While Alcaraz owns clay.. And maybe they split grass. The fact Sinner is constantly destroyed by Alcaraz on all these hardcourts if pretty concerning if I was in the Sinner camp coaching. Especially when hes serving 45-50 percent.

When one doesn't peak the other wins and that was certainly the case tonight.

On the few occasions Sinner displayed his A game he provoked some Razz errors which makes one wonder what would have happened had he produced that level more frequently.

But he didn't, his serve was off and Razz produced enough brilliant stuff to deject him anyway. Not to mention servebotting.

Totally deserved winner on the night, stand by for a total sea-change in MTF's worldview.... again... and again... 😆

Poor crybaby but enjoy your rekt anyways hahaha. Keep supporting a boring useless clostebot and doing excuses like a little kid.
Where do I make excuses? Open your f*cking eyes and read what I write again. I didn't write any excuse, but congratulated Alca and his fans. Is that an excuse in your slanted eyes?

Great play by Carlos! Sets 1 and 3 were spectacular, crazy level, dominating Sinner from the back of the court…

in addition, used the slice at key moments to draw errors…

Jannik fought back taking advantage of a loose service game by Carlos, to take the 2nd set.

One break was enough in the 4th, Sinner threw the kitchen sink with some amazing attacking down 4-5, saving one of the match points with a huge bh dtl winner.

Carlos was steely and didn’t panic after 2 championship points slipped away, to steady the ship and close with a service winner.

Sinner’s first serve percentage was too low to build his powerful game around. Carlos overall served great and played a really clean match and tournament overall…

Slam number 6 for Carlos, and takes the number one ranking!

Both will keep improving, and tennis wins with this interesting rivalry

Last year: 3-0

This year: 4-1.

We name it rivalry, but should actually call it dominance or, even better, ownership.

Well deserved 6th slam, 7nth title of the year and return to top spot of the ranking.

Is there anything to add?

Yep. He ’s (2 years) younger, more natural, more genuinely talented, fresher, happier, honest, better looking, way more charismatic and much more loved all over the world.

Bamosh Carlitos! 👑
