Really good from Cilic to come back and his reaction just says it all Just brilliant, really felt sorry for all that happened to him last year and so happy he's finally coming back.

great first set from marin, then his fh went off the boil and youzhny really stepped it up
saved mp at 3-5 with an ace and then really really fought hard to clinch it

 

Youzhny had match point at 5-3* 40-30.

Pretty high quality tennis anyway.

Nice to see Marin so fired up and dialed in again. He fought hard to hold at 3-5, and it paid off as he closed out the match by winning four straight games. I had almost forgotten what it is like to watch an in-form Cilic, as he is unbelievably precise when playing well.

 

Youzhny is MUG.

Every time when he was trying to find his shots was missing hugely . When he was just staying in relies and mixing slices and spins Cilic was clueless like usual and then when he was serving for the match he decided to win with style . Fool guy this Youzhny . Deserves more matches like this

Youznhy is very much the opposite of a choker. Sometimes it's just an error people.

 

I'm pretty suprised , honestly. Cilic looked like an ideal match-up for Misza, so it's even more estimable that the Croat managed to win.

 

Youzhny's first match point-up defeat since Autumn 2007.

 

If anyone on the ATP Tour wears panties when they get back to their hotel room, it's Youzhny. Pathetic.
