Four players left possible for the USA Australian Open reciprocal wildcard.

Both the men's and women's wild cards will be awarded to the Americans with the most ranking points earned at a maximum of three indoor and outdoor hard court tournaments during a four-week window. All indoor and outdoor hard-court events at the 25 level and above, including WTA and ATP Tour events, will be included in the Challenge.

This is the fourth and last week.

I dont see a problem for the Murray WC. Funny to see him play there after the tribute. Hopefully he plays well.

Whats the deal with AO handing out WCs to Asian players? The playoff thing I can somewhat understand but if its not even played - just throwing a random WC at someone like Taro Daniel seems really stupid.

What do we think?!

I would say my OUTRAGE levels are pretty low. They mostly all make sense though the Kyrgios ones are very annoying but sadly expected. and the unranked kid in Dallas plays tennis at Southern Methodist University, and that's where the tournament is being played, so getting one of their kids in the main draw was part of the deal, though i think main draw is a bit much and should have been qualifying.

Anyway here is your latest WILDCARD RECAP for now, but it'll be interesting in the next week when some of these guys get in directly anyway and they announce the rest of them.

Yeah the KYRGIOS ones are lame, although he at least showed some form in Australia. I do think Genie getting wildcards is great for the WTA, so I suppose I have to be consistent here and say he brings in viewers. What annoys me is I know many people who cheer for him and claim it's because they think he's talented and has calmed down from his previous bad behavior instead of being willing to admit that it's because they're titillated by his antics.
