BREAKING NEWS !!!!

Dallas WC goes to

Caleb Chakravarthi
That was announced weeks ago and was already mentioned on here. The breaking news would be that Kyrgios didn't take the wildcard in the end.

Sock with a WC in Dallas while he gave a WO last week and retired this week...

Not ideal.. but hope he plays well. I still have hope he can have a resurgence
Worked out well as he beat Otte

Chakravarthi on the other hand won one game against Pospisil lol

Reviving this thread.. Not for anyone in particular, but given the Murray situation, I wanted thoughts on who else will get the WCs in Miami.. Not who should get it, but who will get the others besides Kyrigos and Murray.

Keep in mind the IMG connection

I think Shang will get one

Kozlov..

Verdasco maybe

there's only 3 WC MD slots open (im not sure who has an IMG connection) Could see Escobedo or Svadja getting one.. or the QWC

Andy Murray, Lucas Pouille and Jack Draper get wildcards to Madrid masters

LOL

Leftist idiots, this is what you want? IMG takeover, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

There should be a Spanish flag next to every single WC at Madrid. Instead, this is what you get. You weirdo EU supporting all-inclusive morons.

What the OP doesn't understand is that IMG took over along time ago, their arm just got much longer. Previously it was the Miami event that always felt the strong-arm tactics of IMG, so now Madrid is in their grasps. The purpose of wildcards is to award players who show PROMISE to possibly perform well in a tournament. Draper I can understand, though I didn't think clay was his ideal surface. Murray should be on the "Champion's Circuit" by now, but his live ranking of 83 gets him close enough. Pouille at 156, that is a head scratcher. I don't see how they can justify that selection.

So what were we expecting, a WC for Tennis Sandgren? He can't get past the first round of the Challenger event in Talahassee?:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

No outrage this week.

countrymen at their only ATP event J Sousa, Borges and a returning from injury Thiem in Portugal

Holger Rune (though all you snowflakes hate his youthful honesty) BIG PHIL KOHL  and hometown kid MAX HANS REHBERG (or are you mad because his ranking is so low?) in Munchen

The whole Madrid thing, totally different ballgame, so plastic, so lame. IMG is death. Destroyed Miami, now moving on to destroy Madrid. Corporate BARF.

Michael Mmoh WC to Roland Garros.

Michael Mmoh. Why? He's not Murray yet always gets WCs to slams.

Mmoh is well connected and a client of IMG, but that’s now how he got this wildcard, he won the USTA challenge for it on the green clay in America.
Oh, great to know!
