Yes, it counts in a very dubious way because it is not an official ITF or ATP event. It shouldn't count at all and it doesn't for the real matches in real competition format. Absolutely non meaningful win for Fritz in a exho tournament over Alcaraz.

I must have missed a few things........ Fritz and Alcaraz have play 3 slam finals....... and in one of the Fritz took the title..... or, more likely unless you are from an alternate universe or the future..... you did not mean what to me it sounds like
