it’s annoying that Zverev, as the #3 player in the world, has the right to play the Laver Cup and can’t be excluded from it.

I hope next year he stays on the bench and doesn’t play a match, if he insists on taking part.

the calendar is so dense that they have to pay the players huge appearance fees to take part, probably.

and the public is less interested in exhibitions than they think, while the interest for real competition (the slams and professional tour) is growing fast.

 

Fritz was MVP, Zverev was LVP...that sums it all IMO, and that's why Team World won here.
