So this means any player who is active can be voted. If voters want to give reasons, then that's cool, if not, then they don't have to.
Here is how the points will be distributed.
#1 = 10
#2 = 9
#3 = 8
#4 = 7
#5 = 6
#6 = 5
#7= 4
#8= 3
#9 = 2
#10= 1
Voting for the same player 10x will only count as 1 vote. Also at least 5 players should be named or it won't be counted.

As last year the categories were combined to include all favourites, this time I decided to split them into active and non-active players after a few complaints hehe.
