Yeah, as a western man, I don't get that either. There is nothing wrong with self-belief.

As for your last sentence, I've been waiting for that for years now. Although I really enjoy watching the established players, I refuse to think a bunch of veterans winning over and over again is normal. It's not and you are so right the younger guys should step up and claim their spot.
