[Yahoo] Top seed Puerta makes Vietnam quarters (AP)
Top-seeded Mariano Puerta of Argentina rallied to defeat Australia's Wayne Arthurs 4-6, 7-6 (3), 7-6 (3) Thursday to advance to the quarterfinals of the Vietnam Open in Ho Chi Minh City. In the second-set tiebreak, Arthurs' double fault gave Puerta a 4-1 lead. Puerta, who saved two break points in the eighth game of the third set, also took an early lead in the tiebreak to win the match.
