I'll say it again..

Both have 1 slam QF in their career, both at the French Open, both after MP down!

Something has to give.

Fogna has way too much talent not to have a French Open trophy when RAFA has over 5 legitimate crowns. Time to earn it, passeratto! :sport:

Deservedly,

Based on their performances so far, Fognini in 4. One question is how Fognini's body is going to hold up, he has pushed through the clay season with lingering ankle and elbow problems, and in his hilarious on court interview in French, he said he's feeling pain and will need to recuperate well.

I'll go with Fog in 4. Zverev I think has hit a wall physically, perhaps playing Geneva was a mistake, plus Fognini has been playing much better, if he plays the way he's been playing during most of this clay swing then I think he takes this in 4.

Both struggle mentally so this could be a good one, or it could be terrible. I'll be suprised if anyone won in straights let's put it that way.

Based on what I've seen so far, Fog in 4. AZ doesn't look too convincing. If Lajovic hadn't played some extremely stupid shots and didn't choke AZ would have been out already.

I must say, the french open this year really delivers. Wawrinka vs. Tsistipas and Fognini vs. Zverev are matches I can't wait to see. Lets hope for epic 5 setters with lots of drama.
