The two best/greatest active players without a Slam title set to face each other for a spot in the Madrid quarterfinals. Who wins?

I think it'll be Berdych in straights.

Actually Berdman served below 60% today so maybe there's a window there if the same happens tomorrow, but Gasquet is much better ROSer than Tsonga, and tomorrow is another day.

Berdych in 2 sets unfortunately, but at least Tsonga lived up to his seeding which is the most important.

Agreed. I don't think he is at the stage where he can challenge players like Berd yet. It's a tough road back from all the injuries he has had. But hopefully he can at least keep it close. Maybe he will surprise us :)

Berdych stopped deserving to win a slam at the moment he found a way to be straight setter in a Wimbledon final by Grassdull. I don't understand why he was still allowed to continue playing after that ridiculous display.

Obviously Tsonga representing tennis here.
