Simone Bolelli is into the finals of the Florianpolis challenger in Brazil, without losing a set. Today he defeated Diego Junqueira 6-3 7-5 in over two hours, a hard fought match, showed a lot of mental strength on the big points.

Blaz Kavcic won today 6-3 6-4 over Thiago Alves in also over two hours. He's had a tougher road overall; from the 2nd round to the final, he's played all 2+ hour matches; he's also in the doubles final with Antonio Veic playing a little later today.

If Blaz wins he returns to the top 100; if Simone wins, he'll be inside the top 110 for the first time in a year with only 20 points to defend until May. Who do you all think takes this? I sure hope Simone can win, as if he does, he'll be very close to ensuring a position in the French MD! Vote up, bitches.

Bolelli if he plays like he's been doing this week. He had some close sets but gamewise was dominating them all. Just a few lapses and service games lost when in the lead

He had eye surgery just a few weeks ago. It would be incredible if the drop in form of the past 2-3 years was also because of problems with the sight
