A win here and djokovic stays no.1 no matter what.

I expect a straight sets victory for novak, karen did nothing of notice since winning paris masters in 2018.

Khachanov has a chance...

...if he borrows a brain from Murray.

I seriously cannot imagine Khachanov beating Djokovic. I know that dumber things happened, but....nah

Djokovic looks in top form this week. I know Jaziri and Kohli aren't at all threats but he still looks as if he's on course for the title this week.

Karen won a few impressive first sets in a lot of matches and then lost his mindset.
Not sure it is basically a matter of skills but mental.....

In some cases, opponents may have upgrade their own game, and I am afraid Karen lacks a B gameplan; in others Karen just defeated himself.

Can he be more focused when playing Djokovic à la Kyrgios, or just fed up with defense....

Djokovic's cold helped him in Paris Final a couple of years ago, could be different against a fresh Djokovic.

Being no.1 now is irrelevant. Who ends year no.1 is what matters.
I disagree, I think weeks overall and consecutive weeks are slightly more important.

Karen has the game to win, but mentally he is not that stable and his regular game will not be enough unless novak is awful.
