I read somewhere (tweet by "davidjnadal", not related) that Rafa is eager to play but enthusiasm can't take priority over reality and so, the decision to play is not yet 100% made.

I would be very surprised if Nadal is able to recover from the final and the eastward jetlag in time to play Gasquet. If he decides to play, he will be beatable. Eastwards jetlag is hell, even if one travels in business or first.
