Re: 2019 Wimbledon Lawnchair Discussion (& Draw)

What Wimbledon looks like to normal people:

What Wimbledon looks like to tennis fans:

What Wimbledon looks like to tards:
Somewhere between a fan and a tard, can't decide yet, will see who wins.
Remote chance to be a normal people, too.

Ok, listen up folks!

Who do you feel are the most dangerous possible unseeded players for the big 3 in the first 2 rounds?

If healthy (nursing a bad back during clay season), Berdych for sure.

Who else? ;)

There are quite a few others they would probably prefer to avoid, for example Struff, Kyrgios, Dimitrov, Kohlschreiber, Jarry, Opelka, Karlovic

As much as I hope for Roger to win here, he will still need a favorable draw. That means he needs to win Halle and hope Nadal is in Djoker's half. He will have to hope that (at least) Nole crashes out before the final. I don't think the Thiems and Zverevs can challenge him on this surface, but if he runs into a big hitter he could be in trouble.

Yep, but unless they play on the outer courts with possible rain delays, 40 y.o. Karlovic and 35 y.o. Kohlschreiber should not pose a huge problem in 5-setter, the same is probably true for still young Opelka and bo3 bot Kyrgios.

Re: 2019 Wimbledon Lawnchair Discussion (& Draw)

A few days ago Rafa decided to visit Gdansk, Poland, perhaps to prepare for a long holiday on his yacht Chrissy, purchased in Gdansk during the 2018-2019 off-season.

Click on the picture for some more beautiful photos with Rafa and his family. :)

Now only Yesterday,

Rafa's preparation for Wimbledon takes an unfortunate respite

So what's up with Rafa?

I'm still hoping Nadal plays Wimbledon, and he has just been arranging his post Wimbledon holiday, but I'm not looking past the draw.

Respectfully,
masterclass

Re: 2019 Wimbledon Lawnchair Discussion (Draw Available Fri Jun 28)

I was about to ask who the hell is Paul Jubb and why does he deserve a main draw wild card, while established grass veterans like Mahut and Lopez don't get any. He's 19 and both his pro and junior record are not really impressive.

But apparently he earned this wild card due to his success in US college tennis: https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/48583637

He got a qualifying one, dumb choice by Wimbledon
Poor. He is the next great hope. And actually did win an ATP tour level match at Nottingham last week. I know James Ward has had ridiculous run of injuries but he last won on the tour at Wimbledon....2015.

It doesnt just troll mtf.
It trolls history.

Pepita. Defining trolling for generations to come. Timeless predictions withstand the test of time .

Calling djokovic a faker, nadal a medicine maker and federer a shaker.

What is next for the sooth sayer? Greatness or defeat? Ban or the greatest comeback mtf will ever see...

Rolex, defining greatness and wearing tinfoils hat.
