Harrison and Albot at least had a high-ish level for a period of time. That cannot really be said for Daniel and Carballes Baena, but at least they’ve both hung around for a while, bouncing between 250s and challengers. Basic appeared from nowhere, won a title, then went back to the abyss. It’s him by a wide margin.
