I think Tomic looks pretty good could be a tough match should a top guy receive him 1st round.

From unseeded players, it's obviously del Potro by a large margin. If you ask all 32 seeded players which unseeded guy they'd like to avoid, it'd be a shock if JMDP wasn't the one mentioned by all 32.

I don't think it's that bad to draw Delpo. He might as well play the 2nd match after comeback. There are others that can do some damage for sure: Kyrgios, Tomic (playing always well at home), Thiem, Coric (youngsters in form), Almagro, Baghdatis, Muller (experienced guys).

No one has even seen him play yet, he could be awful.

Pospisil has looked good at the Hopman Cup. Any of the Aussie trifecta would be an undesirable draw.

Pospisil has the tools to threaten anybody, but he generally wilts in the 5 set matches at slams.

I am assuming you mean the worst unseeded 1st round opponent. Or else, Novak would be worst 1st round opponent But as others pointed out, Jerzy, Tomic, Kyrgios, Groth, Delpo, Troicki and Coric might be dangerous. I don't know how high Karlovic is ranked currently, but he is always dangerous.
