They both played a good tiebreak, but most of the match was played like an exhibition. Dolgo's first serve really was the big difference, when he got it in, he dominated. But 41% first serves is terrible.
Grigor was up and down, but he should take some positives from these past weeks. Starting to do better at this level and get some wins, and challenge good players.
Couldn't watch it (of course,even trying to follow a livestream on a vague French camping is :stupid: :lol, but pleased with the result. Dolgo has quite a way to go still (obviously), but any win is a good one for me. :
This loss means nothing. Dimitrov is tanking these MM events in order to capture the "Dimitrov Slam" (USO+AO+RG+W) and in the process announce himself as new dominating force in men's tennis :rocker2::smoke:
