I mean... Let's get real for a moment. Federer used to play like that day in day out on his peak years. Ok... Today, he was IN THE ZONE on serve. But he was almost sub-par even by his current standards in the baseline game. But that was until the 2nd half of the 2nd set, where everything Federer touched became gold.
It was an absolute monument of a straight-setter. Incredible level. Even the first set was amazing.

I just can't.


If anyone everm wondered why Federer is considered the GOAT, today's match was just another illustration.

Murray upped his level from the previous rounds and transformed himself into Peak Grassray, playing even better than his 2013 run, today he played an amazing tennis and STILL…it wasn’t enough.
