If there is similar rain like last year, you might end up with totally differernt matches for that Tuesday.Just got a successful letter back. However, I've been given two tickets for the second Tuesday on Centre Court. That's women's QF day. £130.Not interested at all.
A bit of advice, if you don't want them, don't try to sell them on ebayJust got a successful letter back. However, I've been given two tickets for the second Tuesday on Centre Court. That's women's QF day. £130.Not interested at all.
Will most likely attempt to get the groundpass tickets for a couple days in the first week as there will be plenty of great players on the outer courts, who I'd much rather see.

Yeah, the organisers are pretty mental when it comes to that. I'm just not gonna buy the tickets offered.A bit of advice, if you don't want them, don't try to sell them on ebay
I sold tickets for the women's final last year and have only just settled it with Wimbledon's solicitors who were threatening to sue me :retard:

Eventually I had to pay back all the money I made plus a bit more. They had opened up a court case with me and all the others who had sold tickets on ebay, and as I didn't have much of a defence, I had to settle before it got to court.Yeah, the organisers are pretty mental when it comes to that. What happened with you? Did they threaten to recoup the money from your sale? How did you settle it?
funnyThe first thing I thought of was for him to sell them on ebay if he doesn't want them.
btw, how does getting tickets for wimbledon actually work - do you get given tickets
for random days based on what's available?

I'd got £850 for the women's final tickets![]()
You can pay like £3,000 to go through one of these legal ticket agencies. So, if I want to buy final tickets, for example - I can't no matter how much I agree to pay?
Well I knew you're not supposed to, but I didn't think they'd take it so far. I mean, it's not like I was the only one doing it, there were over 100 tickets on there.adee-gee, this is some serious shit you're writing about. Was there any legal norm in the regulations forbidding to do so? Or did you know you're doing sth illegal?
They are, and very persistantOuch. They sound pretty hardcore.
