I don't think it will. They have delayed it like 5,000 times and I just think it is a conspiracy to never open it again. This is inexcusible and they (the admins) should have opened yesterday at 21:00 or whenever it was ready. :sad: GIVE IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

it is open for some psters but as said in the update it depends on your ISP, so it is indeed up and running but not for all posters just yet, maybe in a few hours or less you can access the baord again
