We all know forehand grips have become a lot more western over the last few decades. The standard grip on the pro tour has gone from continental to semi-western. Will the trend continue, and before long everyone will hit with a Hawaiian forehand?

More extreme than Nadal's western grip. Gives even more topspin.

How can someone hit a forehand like that??!

Berasategui, RG finalist, 94' I think.

It actually hurts to swing a racquet that way, if you're not used to it, of course.

Nah, why would it? It's not like the hawaiian FH grip has proven to be better than the semi-western or even the eastern one.
