Yes... although is not certain...but you never know Nalbo, we all know he has the talent to make it to the TMC but sometimes he plays like sh*te and makes me :fiery: :banghead: but well if he does it would be good b/c he is one of the most talented players on the tour. VAMOS DAVID!!! :rocker2:

I don't understand Nalbandian. I think his US Open semi-final with Roddick may turn out to be the single greatest moment of his career. On one side of the coin you have a win and a probable career of future slam wins and a stay at # 1. On the other(reality) you have an inexplicalbe loss, which thereafter, renders Nalbandian an underachieving slam quaterfinalist who never attains his past form or even gets to another major final. Life can be unbearably sad.

Defence of points doesn't matter as much when you're fighting for a Race spot, providing you can gain enough CR points to make the cut-off then it doesn't matter if you lose some ground in the rankings here and there. Nalbandian certainly has the best indoor record of any of the players contending for those last few spots, hopefully he can play Paris for the first time since 2002 and gain points there as well as defend them in Madrid and Basel. And if he gets to a final, win it! I do hope he doesn't become the Cedric Pioline of his generation, a great talent but a massive underachiever in terms of titles.

It doesnt look very likely...think a win at Paris or Madrid will be needed to stand a chance.

Gasquet is another outsider like Nalbandian for that last Shanghai spot...perhaps with a good performance in the last 2 TMS

I think he will make it, but only because I dont think andre and leyton play in Shanghai after qualifying. This will give chance for the alternative(s) to come in

Also, don't know if marat is 100% by then. I hear that knee injury is difficult to heal and lets hope he is well enough to play then.
