I don't get what you are trying to say but Djokovic isn't in Safin's league talent wise. Cut him some slack. The kid has played 104 matches this year and his style isn't exactly easy on the body. Withing three years time he will be in better physical shape will be able to handle it.

It's exhaustion, pure and simple. You could see it in his face, his body language, he's admitted it in post match interviews. He played a lot of matches this year, singles and doubles, on every continent. He's never had a year like this before and he only turned 20 this year. I just don't think he was prepared for it.

He'll get some rest and bounce back for next season, but he and his team need to seriously manage his schedule next year and limit him to 20 events max, plus Davis Cup.

Will konyalikartal be another JustCause?
That seems closer to the truth. He has started 2 threads in less than a minute. I don't get this sickness where one has the irresistable urge to create threads/conversations here and there. Attention Seeking:rolleyes:

Nole is nothing like Safin so I don't understand the question.
exactly.

Which is says so much about Safin.

Believe me there can only be one Safin.

Will konyalikartal be another Just Cause?
 very likely.
I recall the 20 year old Safin won his USO final against the tennis legend. :p
So do I. And if I recall, in straight sets. Conversely, Nole didn't even win a set.

So I guess if being a dark haired player, sponsored by adidas with a penchant for throwing racquets makes Nole like Safin, then ok... you are so right.

No. For one, Djokovic is not nearly as talented as Safin is.

Yes, he will be like Safin in the sense that he'll win Slams and reach #1.

But when his downfall comes it'll have nothing to do with having a loser's mentality and lack of motivation.

Nice one! Should I start a thread 'Will Gasquet be another Safin'? As that would be more like it.
But then again Rogiman would come and say that Gasquet will never win Slams and reach no 1.
