Why is nobody excited about Djokovic?

I'm not takin' anything away from Murray, cos that guy had an awesome week and he's played some matches which show he really has the potential to be top-10 :yeah:

But I just don't understand, why there is so much hype for Murray and none at all for Novak Djokovic? He's also only 18, and almost exactly the same age as Murray and is in fact presently ranked higher (in the 70s). He's also had some great results and in fact he beat Ancic in the US Open and went a round further than Murray did..so, I'm not saying that the hype around Murray is unjustified, cos I think he's very good, and maybe I'm just a biased Serbian girl (lol :D  ) but I don't understand why ppl don't also talk anything about Djokovic?

Don't worry about Djokovic not getting any hype, there is plenty of talk about Djokovic here, it's just not hysterical.

There's plenty of talk. We just don't saturate GM with it. :)

Come join us in the Djokovic forum and you will get your fill.

Plus there's nothing to talk about ... he hasn't been playing lately and he had to retire from his qualifying match today so we're a little bummed. We don't know what the injury is though

Right, as always. Come back to the Djokovic forum, dear, and you'll see us hyping him decently!

Okay, cool, I will do! He has forum now? That's great!:D

I just don't understand thought why Murray seems to be consider such a bigger prospect..

And not to be a downer, but Murray is ranked above Nole now. Novak is only at 81 last time I checked.

Both guys will have good careers ahead of them definitely, but during Novak's lengthy vacation after the USO, Murray has caught up :)

Because the media wants him to be :) Henman needed an heir. :p

I think Novak does deserve to be talked about as much as Murray or Monfils (note, I did not say MORE, I said as much as).
Murray has more "trolls" here starting daft threads about him. I think Novak is a much better prospect in the long term - I like him a lot and enjoyed watching him at Wimbledon this year - must stop by his Forum some time soon myself.

I think that is one thing Murray fans and Djokovic fans agree about. :yeah:
This guy is just over the top. I think he likes Murray, that's good, but he makes people talk, too much.

yeah he's the only troll :tape:
Djokovic is too flakey to ever do anything in tennis, but that won't stop his fans hyping his talentless ass to kingdom come.

Yup. Novak was 81 last I checked, and he won't be moving up anywhere this week.

When/where does Murray play next? He's just going to keep going up.
