Why is Laver Cup planned for a second time in London?

It is a very strange decision considering that tennis needs some promotion and advertisement in new locations. When it was organised for the first time, Prague was selected as the host and as a great city and former venue of ATP event it was nice to watch this tournament. Instead of London in 2026, another city, e.g. in Eastern Europe like Cracow (Poland), Budapest or Athens could be chosen. Countries like Poland, Hungary or Greece do not have any ATP tournaments so it would be a natural step to have a new event there.

Extortionate ticket prices are what keeps Laver Cup afloat financially as sponsorship and TV revenues have been modest since the very beginning. The event has to be held in wealthy cities/countries with big (10,000+) indoor venues available for September. I don't know that there's market for it in Athens or Budapest, let alone smaller towns in Poland or elsewhere. Even Berlin was not exactly a success in terms of revenue.

Tauron Arena in Cracow has a capacity of 22,000. I wouldn't say that Cracow generated less income than Prague. On the other hand, if Federer speaks about event in 2027 to be played e.g. in Africa, would Laver Cup earn a lot of money e.g. in Kenya or another country? In Poland Hurkacz could attract a lot of fans and which local hero could do the same in any African country?

Btw, Jon Wertheim said on Roddick's podcast he's hearing the next LC edition hosted by Team World could be held in Asia.
He didn't specify where but a place like Singapore or Seoul would make sense. Don't think China is an option since two 250s are already held in China the same week. Maybe Japan — for example, Osaka?
