Another argument: Clown can't even benefit from today's slow-ass indoor surfaces. On carpet he wouldn't get through 2-3 rounds.

Murray almost didn't play weak clay events. Nadal's only title was rather a fluke (and before his home crowd)

If you try to be objective, it's pretty even so far and overall.
Nadal won those WTF round robin + SF matches because of his general aura, not because he plays well indoors... likewise Murray didn't win his matches in his RG SF runs, because he is great overall on clay, rather because he was able to serve and play some consistent tennis (and he is a better tennis player than those he beat).

Simple as that, and winning (better say fluking) an indoor Masters title in 2005... though never backing that up... like Paris (Bercy) is the equivalent in last years and we all know that Nadal plays deflated towards the tail end of the year... still, he was far from repeating that feat, even in 2013, his recent best year.
