Who will win a slam first between these three? Raonic, Dimitrov, and Nishikori?

Let's see the achievements and lack thereof so far.

Dimitrov: 0 Masters 1000 finals, 1 ATP 500 Final(1 title), Best slam result: SF
Raonic: 2 Masters 1000 finals, 6 ATP 500 Finals (1 titles), Best slam result: SF
Nishikori: 1 Masters 1000 final, 7 ATP 500 finals (5 titles), Best slam result: F

So far we have Nishikori, the oldest of the trio who was so close to winning a M1000 and a slam last year, has the better resume. The weakest server of the three, but has the best ground game of the three when he's on. Susceptible to injuries. Game seems best suited for HC or clay. Consistent over the past year and a half.

Then Raonic who currently is dealing with minor injuries and is second in terms of achievements in this trio. Has the best serve of three and is his main weapon together with his forehand. Partially due to his height he is the worst returner of the three and as well has worst movement. Game best suited for grass or hardcourt most definitely, but can also be a threat on clay when he is in Botnic mode. Consistent over the past year and a half as well.

Then we have Dimitrov. Of the three has he least on his resume. Has an okay serve, but his weakness is his backhand which can be very unreliable. His flexibility is the best of the three. However he can be very inconsistent and lose to the biggest of mugs. Game seems best suited for grass as it shows his best GS result is in Wimbledon. Has yet to reach a significant final.

So who do you think will clinch a M1000 or Slam first?
Nishikori is still on track in Madrid unless Clayray 3.0 shows up, and he wins in the final.

My guess is it's Nishikori if he stays healthy. Raonic has a chance as well if he consistently serves bombs in match like the one against Djokovic in Rome last year.

I'd pick Raonic but its probably close between him and Nishikori

Dimitrov is not in contention for this question

Nishikori could well win this weekend.

Dimitrov shouldn't even be talked about as potential m1000 winner anymore tbh.

Better question is whether any of them will win one before the KKCCZ crowd (Kyrgios, Kokkinakis, Coric, Chung, Zverev). Kei the best chance assuming his body doesn't break down again though.

Nishikori will on Sunday likely. Either way Nishikori or Raonic, with Nishikori more likely right now.

Nishikori's the superior player but Raonic's serve will net him a masters title at some point. Nishikori won't win Rome but has a shot in Paris and Shanghai (unless he plays too many matches leading up to it) and obviously this weekend if he gets past Murray. Raonic will have a good shot during the NA hardcourt swing (especially in Montreal). Dimitrov, well he's getting better this year but has played himself out of contention for now and I can't see him beating 2-3 top 10 guys in a row, just won't happen.

Nishikori, Roanic and then Dimitrov.

Dimitrov isn't consistent enough out of the three.

Why do assholes insist making up player names they think are funny? Do they think they're clever or are they ignorant children?

Nishikori easily better than these other two scrubs.

Sushikori is pretty funny:spit:
I think they areplaying on that post about Nishikori being a 'sushi chef' if he wasn't a professional tennis player.

I like your avatar, but the poll could be better. I don't mind the names, but an obvious option is missing, so I can't vote.

Sorry about that. :p

About the names in the poll. People say the names here every now and then and they don't get hate, people go along with it. It's meant to be just a little fun. I respect all the players I listed above and don't hate on them.

You see people say Cheatdull, Fakervic, Olderer, Clownga, Clownfils, Berdshit, Jizzner, Sugarpov, etc.

I think it's just that the guy dislikes me. It's not the first time.

Pretty sure Nishikori is going to win a M1000 on Sunday. As far as a slam, that's a little more up in the air but probably Nishikori too.

Dimitrov just isn't on the same level as the other two.
