How do you do, fellow kids ?

We start this once again and I hope that this thread will once more find its followers, should be a fine year-long discussion. Last year FAA and Bublik finally took the monkey off the back, who will win the first title this year ? Not too many such obvious candidates in 2023 like in 2020-22, but surely we will have close to 10 new title winners like usual

Anyway, here are the links for the previous years:

2022
2021
2020
2019
2018

The methodology for the poll is as usual:

  • Top 8 ranked players without a title
  • 2 highest ranked U-23 players without a title
  • one WC

in 2022 we had 12 new title winners:

Thanasi Kokkinakis (Adelaide)
Alexander Bublik (Montpellier)
Felix Auger-Aliassime (Rotterdam)
Pedro Martinez (Santiago)
Holger Rune (Munich)
Sebastian Baez (Estoril)
Tim van Rijthoven (s'Hertogenbosch)
Francisco Cerundolo (Bastad)
Maxime Cressy (Newport)
Lorenzo Musetti (Hamburg)
Brandon Nakashima (San Diego)
Marc-Andrea Huesler (Sofia)

2022 first title winners are:

Forehead Hair Nose Cheek Eyebrow

Tallon Griekspoor (Pune)

  • def. Benjamin Bonzi 4-6 7-5 6-3
  • age: 26y6m
  • wins the title in his first ever final

I voted Draper and Molcan. Molcan only has european clay as options do its limited. Draper has grass and indoor euro season. Both will only be 250s.

Im worried Brooksby rise might have come and gone, struggled 2nd half of the year a bit.

Fokina i dont know if he can peak for enough days in a row but otherwise has the ability.

Most others mentioned dont have enough variety

Brooksby should be winning a 250 in the States at some point.

Could maybe see JJ Wolf winning something aswell.
