Either GOATdal or Federer. GOATdal for chasing Grand Slam record, and Federer because his time is running out.
GOATdal more I think because he is so close on the record now.

The big 3 certainly aren't going to struggle for motivation.

Federer is desperate to keep Nadal from breaking his slam record next year and will be 100% motivated for that.

Nadal wants that slam record and wants the double career slam at AO.

Djokovic also wants that Double career slam and wants to break Federer's total weeks as no1

Murray has a new lease of life after the surgery and the encouraging signs since his return, winning a title,he'll surely be motivated to get back into the top 10

Thiem has improved a lot on HC this year and is really getting closer to winning RG, knocking Nadal off his perch at RG and chasing the no1 ranking will give him extra motivation.

Medvedev, Tsitsipas and Zverev are all around the same age roughly, they'll motivate each other and push each other to greatness in the future.

Theoretically it should be next generation players cause they haven't won anything big yet as opposed to fat and rich BIG3 ladies but...

The next gen will certainly be motivated as they are finally starting to beat the big 3 and the big 3 are always motivated as they have records on the line and records to break. Tsitsipas and Thiem have a lot to play for especially considering Thiem’s new hardcourt ability and Tsitsipas knowing what he can accomplish after winning WTF.

Thiem. He is 26, fully matured and at absolutely peak physical conditions. If not now, then when?
His biological clock isn’t running out though and he might be too nice, too graceful in defeat. Though you may be right. He’s probably gnashing his teeth and secretly willing random safes and anvils to fall on the heads of his rivals. He’s as good as anyone now as far as I can tell.
