Service game is Isner for sure...all those guys are pretty close in first serve, maybe Ivo the best. But Isner's second is probably the hardest ever and sets him up for pretty easy points

Karlovic. Isner has one of the most clutch serves of all time though, slightly behind Federer and Sampras.

Raonic shouldn't be in the poll, he's considerably behind the other two serve-wise.

Karlovic 1st serve for sure, Isner overall because of much better 2nd serve + way more clutch on serve.

As for Raonic, he has a big problem vs the top 3 that I believe will be exposed again tomorrow and is the reason why he never beat any of them (ie Federer, Nadal and Djokovic): unlike Isner, his serve isn't really good enough to make him competitive vs the very best alone most times, and while the rest of his game is significantly better than Isner's it's still not good enough to offer resistance from the baseline vs those top players. He's still the best player of three overall though of course.

Karlovic's 1st serve is probably the biggest weapon ever in tennis.

2nd serve is clearly Isner. He's better on the crucial moments too.

Karlovic has the best first serve, Isner and Raonic fairly even for second place. Isner has (easily) the best second serve. Isner is very clutch, Raonic is fairly clutch, Karlovic is a bit of a choker.

I think this is pretty accurate on the whole, though he's been very competitive with Federer from the baseline in a way that he hasn't been with Nadal or Djokovic (who have proven better at exploiting his BH and movement). He even outplayed Fed considerably in one of his matches (Madrid 2012).

Karlovic's 1st serve made Isner's 1st serve looks average but the same can be said in reverse for their 2nd serves.

At his peak Karlovic 1st serve more than made up for his relatively weak 2nd serve and at the end of the day stats don't lie, Karlovic has won 72% of his service points in his career to Isner's 70% and thats with a weaker ground game to back it up.
