It all depends how Federer and Nadal are fatigue wise....coming off of their last tournament etc. Anything is possible in Madrid and Paris with those being on carpet.....who do they favor?
Hewitt
Roddick
Safin

Safin and Fed usually do well in indoors

I might be wrong, but isn't Madrid on indoor hard?
Gasquet is fresh as he missed the first three months of the season. Thus, he will play the last masters that many big players have chosen to skip these last years.
Of course, I'm totally biased.

I voted for him but if I had to bet money, I would choose Hewitt. :)

Yep, it's on Greenset. It's usually pretty fast though.

Minimal altitude as well, but strange things can happen.
Frankly, anyone besides Federer or Nadal winning Cincy and the US Open would be a surprise. Indoors is a different story. Marat, if healthy and mentally stable, has a good chance to defend his titles.
i personally think either safin or hewitt, more likely safin, if his knee injury doesnt bother him too much...
I think maybe Gaudio could suprise all again :)
Nadal won't win another big title this year.

Federer will probably win 1 or 2..

Someone other than Federer, Nadal or Safin will probably win Cincinnati, as Nadal is tired, and Federer and Safin are rusty. Good opportunity for Roddick and Hewitt.

The rest depends on US Open outcome, if Federer wins US Open, then yearend #1 is effectively decided, so the indoors events will go to other guys..

:haha: I love Gaudio and I would love nothing more than for him to do well but I just celebrate every match he wins on the faster surfaces
