Nishikori is underrated and the Dimitrov hype has died down so call it evens I guess.

Underrated :haha:...He is viewed here as the greatest shotmaker of all times by some :spit: Dimitrov has some dire tards, but he is hated here much more than Nishikori, even though japanese is more successful.

Both are.
Kei is not that over-rated. It's just that people analyse only his tennis skills but tend to forget he is a physical mug. He hasn't been injured lately but it's always the same thing: GOATing in the first rounds and then he gets tired in later stages of the tournaments and loses to some Tsonga on clay.

Dimitrov still seems to get hyped up by the media, even now, albeit by clueless types like John Inverdale. (And Castle will be along to take over the job soon enough.) On this forum though, he's not overrated at all. He's treated like a complete mug on here nowadays. Even when he was doing okay that was largely the case. Definitely Nishikori in terms of this forum.

Let them put him at the next USO in Federer's rigged half as Cilic the last year and Nishi would make the finals again, at least, without breaking a sweat.
Too bad he can only dream about such HC piss-poor slam half, because he shall be drawn with Djokovic, Stanimal & Murray again as at the last USO or with Djokovic & Stanimal as at the last AO, now that he's a major threat at HC slam.
At Wimbledon like the last year he will be in Federer's half again, because as with bo5 on RG clay he is not contender there, not even a dark pony.
Nishikori is better bo5 HC player than Federer for quite some time, but you can't expect Nishikori to always beat two best HC players at the moment (Djok/Stan) and he has to, because he is not drawn at AO or USO in Fedal's half but Stanole's half and quarter by default.
