Ok we Rog is on a great streaks of 23 finals in a row, but who is the choker, the one who was famous for losing finals ?
The first that comes to my mind is Lendl in GS, but it didn't last.
Some MTF tennis encyclopedias would have the answer ?

pioline was bad in finals i know!
That's funny because the idea of the thread came as I was reading his bio: FINALIST (12): 1992--Lyon; 1993--Bolzano, Lyon, Monte Carlo, Toulouse, US Open; 1994--Long Island; 1996--Marseille, Zagreb; 1997--Wimbledon; 1998--London, Monte Carlo
12 finals lost and 5 titles, that's a 29% winning in finals
Hope Gasquet won't follow this path and won't perpetuate the long tradition of choking of French players (cf. Leconte in RG 88)

Pioline simply lost his 9 first finals in a row... had he won these finals, his record would look much different...

Among the actual top players, I think Coria and Nalbandian both had 5 final losses in a row.
Calleri too ;)

Ferrer on 6 at the moment
Finally a record Ferrer can aim for. Assuming his pre-final opponents at 250s and weak 500s keep choking, he should have no problem obliterating Benneteau's record (assuming 9 in a row is the record).
