Better Second Serve?

Nowadays, both of these shots are not very good because they are older. However, in both of their primes this was definitely a strength of both players.

There's no doubt that Fed had a much superior first serve. However, what about their second serves? Federer obviously has a bigger offensive second serve, unpredictable and varied. However, Nadal's is very safe and consistent, he rarely makes DF, and in his prime it was very difficult to attack the shot. They are both 57% for their careers - you can argue that since Nadal has the superior ground game, this inflated his career percentage, but also remember that Nadal has played a greater percentage of his matches on clay, where the second serve win percentage is lower (56% for nadal, 55% fed)
