I sprained my weak ankle again today and had to stay home from work. This is the same ankle I double-sprained over a year ago; the same one I broke years ago while doing gymnastics. This foot is going to make me a cripple as I get older. :sad:

Sucks getting older too, because it takes longer to recover from small injuries like this. As a teen I'd sprain my ankle and then a minute later I'd be walking normal again. Now, a sprain can put me on crutches for a day or so.

I have been doing strengthening exercises to try to get it stronger but nothing seems to help. This ankle has always caused me problems. Popping vitamin E pills all day long can maybe help speed up the healing but that's about it.

Maybe I should go back to doing yoga or something that will help with my balance and strengthen my core.
