Which surface Navak prefers more ?

He is definitely the King of slow hard. Most people thoght he was a cow on grass, but now he won 3 Wimbledons titles.
Very weird or it's just a coincidence of circumstances ??

I still think he is better on clay. It's just there is Rafa and he's been a bit unfortunate I think if his career were replayed till now he'd have at least 1 rg

In essence, I agree with you. Surface homogenization has him a terribly hard beat anywhere. Even on grass, despite poor surface movement, the slowness of conditions allow his peerless coverages to win him so many otherwise futile points. Talented ballbashers who can punch through tardy conditions offer the main resistance. Sadly (for non-fans) they are few in number.

He is definitely not the same animal away from Center Court grass.

Most of the top players prefer hardcourt, so he just plain has more opponents that can beat him at the US Open than at Wimbledon. That said, he is a threat on every surface.
