It depends on your definition of 'bigger'. TMC is very important to the top 8 players, to the end of the year points race, and it is the creme of the crop (despite some of the very lopsided results the past few years). Miami is a huge deal, 10 days, coed, parties, meetings, big draw and all that hype.

But, it's harder to hold up the TMC trophy at the end of the year, so I'll agree with you. TMC it is.

(and if you put him on your ignore list, you won't get his harassing PM's anymore. Have you reported him to the mods?)

No I've not, and I am NOT starting this to cause another arguement, I only stated he was throwing a bunch of messages to me through PM again to show people where this rooted from, and not to sound completely random.

Miami has everything one could ever dream of. but the TMC is the final showdonw of the best that year

TMC is most important. Miami is only as big as/equal to Indian Wells in the big scheme of things.

To me this is hardly questionable, people are going out of their way to qualify for this nearer the ender part of the year, but more essentially it adds up to what you have done the whole year.

The Tennis Masters Cup is clearly more important than Miami or any of the masters series events.

TMC is more important. To play there, first of all, means that you have had an incredibly good season. To win, means that you are capable of beating everyone else who has had incredible seasons

Miami is nothing, a laughable AMS tournament (because, you play best of 3 with a one-day-break. That's like holidays for the players, like a women's tournmanet.
Miami and Indian Wells are bloated nonsense tournaments.

it depends what you are arguing. all you did is made a poll and then didn't give your own opinion?

Here's what I think: TMC is way more important. If I was a player I'd certainly rather win that.

Miami is more of a regular ol' Grand Slam - huge draw, not round robin, everyone plays it, 3 out of 5 finals, etc.

But more important? TMC hands down. Agree or disagree?

No question it's the TMC. Miami is just another AMS.

Dimonator is a clown, don't pay attention to him.
