talking about Villas, I recently saw him during a tennis clinique and can say that he is still in great shape and possesses an amazing variety of spins and court savvy... Guillermo was sporting a bright red cowboy hat that would look ridiculous on anybody else, but gave him a distinct character that people have expected him to have...

Regarding Nalbadian, great victory for the Argentine, but I think the greatest winner last night was Andy Roddick...not only he defeated Michail Youshny for the first time, giving him an extra confidence boost, but also saw both Hewitt and Federer out in his part of the draw... Younes and David are no pushovers for sure, but Roddick would surely fear more having to play against Lleyton, against whom he has a losing record, and Roger, who has a more complete game...

Younes-Andy will be an ace love fest, two players with powerful forehands trying to exploit each other's weaker backhand side...

Didn't Roger reach the QF at both Wimbledon and French Open in 2001?

Yes, I am happy about Nalbandián but also a bit disappointed because i like Roger.

Yeah Tennischick, Hernán Gumy is an Argie too, but he never reached the top ten, anyway he was one of the best argentinian players before the "new tide" that is headed by David Nalbandián.
I saw once Gumy playing on the Davis Cup against México and really he had a lot of talent.

If you want to check his profile clikc here

Che Lucas, gracias por la informacion, yo no estaba seguro si Mancini o Pérez Roldán habían sido los últimos en alcanzar los primeros diez, ahora se que el último fue Martín Jaite.:wavey:

And about players from Bolivia and Uruguay, well, I think there is a plenty of junior players, so you may have to wait at least between 5-10 years yet...

i knew there was a reason i always wanted to sleep with him!! i saw him play in a tourney in the Bahamas a few years ago. he was hot...:hearts: :hearts:

now if i had to pick the Argie player that i thought would emerge to be the new leader of the pack, i would never have picked Nalbandian. i would have gone with Chela, Coria or Gaudio. just goes to show how much i know...;) ;)

hey Hitman, are you now calling yourself "Dissident"? love the avatar?
