what seeds do you think might be in danger of losing in round 1?

Novak Djokovic v.s Jarkko Nieminen
Kevin Anderson v.s Tim Smyczek
Grigor Dimitrov v.s Jack Sock
Adrian Mannarino v.s Jurgen Melzer
Rafael Nadal v.s Quentin Halys
Nick Kyrgios v.s Denis Istomin
David Goffin v.s Filip Krajinovic
John Isner v.s Andreas Seppi
Marin Cilic v.s Robin Haase
Leonardo Mayer v.s Jiri Vesely
Viktor Troicki v.s Jan Lennard Struff
David Ferrer v.s Lukas Lacko
Kei Nishikori v.s Paul Henri Mathieu
Roberto Bautista Agut v.s Florian Mayer
Feliciano Lopez v.s Teimuraz Gabashvili
Philipp Kohlschreiber v.s Go Soeda
Fabio Fognini v.s Tatsumo Ito
Stanislas Wawrinka v.s Marsel Ilhan
Guillermo Garcia Lopez v.s Steve Johnson
Gilles Simon v.s Lucas Pouille
Gael Monfils v.s Edouard Roger Vasselin
Pablo Cuevas v.s Sam Groth
Ivo Karlovic v.s Marcos Baghdatis

I've highlighted my picks . Kind of tempted to go with Leo Mayer,Troicki, Dimitrov and Nishikori as well but while I think their matches could get tricky I think they will all come through

I will add in Federer,Gulbis, Berdych,Tsonga, Verdasco,Murray,Robredo,Tomic and Gasquet when their opponents are known

well,i guess PHM could feed off the crowd and maybe take a set ..thats what im thinking could happen.
Nishikori is a seriously bad matchup for PHM's dynamic yet erratic game. No amount of cheers from the crowd will save him, and Nishikori is pretty good at handling "away" matches so to speak.

-Kyrgios (because he might be in some discomfort, not that Istomin is that good)
-Isner.. well, not really, he is really solid on the clay these days
-Cilic surely, very vulnerable
-L.Mayer sadly, Vesely could cause him some trouble
-Troicki.. well he´s just not that great and Struff is in some relatively decent form
-Feliciano.. sloppy recently and doesn´t serve all that greatly to bail himself out
-Simon.. not sure about him and his form recently, would be great chance for Klizan if Pouille takes it
-Karlovic.. he can beat anyone and lose to anyone.. Baghdatis sucks on the clay but he showed some life vs Bellucci in Geneva

Mannarino I'd say the most.

Don't think Marin is going to lose to Haase over Bo5. BTW, they played a R1 match here as youngsters.

Both Karlovic and Isner could easily lose due to Bo5 too.

Kyrgios could be in danger if his injury flairs up. Istomin could seize the opportunity.

Mayer against Vesely - Vesely could totally take him out.

Karlovic - Baggy is a tough out.

Novak Djokovic v.s Jarkko Nieminen
Kevin Anderson v.s Tim Smyczek
Grigor Dimitrov v.s Jack Sock
Adrian Mannarino v.s Jurgen Melzer - Melzer is a semi-retired player though, Mannarino may still win.
Rafael Nadal v.s Quentin Halys
Nick Kyrgios v.s Denis Istomin
David Goffin v.s Filip Krajinovic
John Isner v.s Andreas Seppi - If Seppi's is fit, but Isner obviously favorite.
Marin Cilic v.s Robin Haase - Everyone can beat Cilic these days.
Leonardo Mayer v.s Jiri Vesely - Annoying lefty.
Viktor Troicki v.s Jan Lennard Struff
David Ferrer v.s Lukas Lacko
Kei Nishikori v.s Paul Henri Mathieu
Roberto Bautista Agut v.s Florian Mayer
Feliciano Lopez v.s Teimuraz Gabashvili - Gaba may be actually the favorite.
Philipp Kohlschreiber v.s Go Soeda
Fabio Fognini v.s Tatsumo Ito
Stanislas Wawrinka v.s Marsel Ilhan
Guillermo Garcia Lopez v.s Steve Johnson
Gilles Simon v.s Lucas Pouille - Only because Simon is battling shoulder issues.
Gael Monfils v.s Edouard Roger Vasselin
Pablo Cuevas v.s Sam Groth
Ivo Karlovic v.s Marcos Baghdatis - Ivo was terrible in the recent tournaments, Baghdatis played well against Bellucci.

I think that Gulbis will be fine vs Sijsling but you never know with him, yeah. That said, I´m also giving a slight chance to Vanni upsetting Tomic here. Vanni is decent on the clay and had some solid wins on the clay this year already (in South America).

Richard Gasquet v.s Germain Gigounon
Tommy Robredo v.s Andrey Golubev - We don't know Robredo's condition.

Tomas Berdych v.s Yoshito Nishioka
Ernests Gulbis v.s Igor Sijsling - I think Gulbis will advance 2 or 3 rounds in RG actually, but you never know with him, any match is a potential upset.
Roger Federer v.s Alejandro Falla
