The 22 years old Argentinian player is finishing the year in winning mode.
Last 4 October, he won his first Challenger title in Split by beating Pedro Sousa in the final. He was 235 before the start of this event. 2 weeks ago, he won the Challenger in Guayaquil with victories against Munar, Carballes Baena and Andrej Martin. Last week he lost in the QF against promising 19 years old Argentinian Tirante in Lima but seemed to be tired after his run in Ecuador and this week, he won his third challenger title and beat in the final Carballes Baena again.
He will be tomorrow 139 in the rankings. If points from last year had not been frozen, he should even be higher.
The guy has a huge forehand, a secured backhand, a decent serve and and often makes efficient drop shots.
If he continues this way, I think he could soon make some damage in the ATP250 on clay.

Unreal player. And he will probably max out at #70 or so.

The tour is beyond loaded.

He has a lot of hype.

He was a WC at the Argentina Open the past two years, lost to Pella and Ðere but took a set off both.

He'll start winning ATP level matches when the tour resumes in 2023.

Yeah, I certainly came across this name in 2019 when he was winning ITFs left and right. In 2020 he managed to transform it to challengers, so maybe in 2021 he will be able to enter Top100.
