Re: Week 40: Buenos Aires, Argentina [Entry List]

Machado playing easy, Aguilar has no skills enough to impose his play.

Traveling from Italy to Argentina and playing this late match caught up to Fabio today. He won 48% of service points. Machi seems really confident now, and that's great to see. Hopefully he and Pablo play each other in the final again.

I hope Jorge can get revenge on Maximo :p
But yeah, the uninspiring performance from Fognini is not terribly unexpected. He should be better acclimated for next week in Paraguay.

I'm interested to see how competitive Nikola Ciric will be against Carlos Berlocq
Wouldn't be shocked if he stole a set against the Carlos

I did also expect Machi to win this match...He has been in a great form lately! Hope he wins the tournament! And hopefully better luck and better serving by Fabio next week! :)

For sure, I expect a good event for Fabio in Asuncion after a few days off where he can rest and then practice a bit and get used to the South American clay, the conditions etc.

I think Jorge is definitely in with a shot to beat Machi but this is in Argentina, I expect Maximo to be even more pumped up than usual to try to win back to back events.
