Salamanca d. Kirche 6-1 3-6 7-6(5)

Too bad Leo couldn't close what would be an awesome win, he served for it at 5-4. Managed to save 4 match-points after that, but not the last one.

Positive things to be taken from here anyway, he proves he can play at a better level than he is used to. He should stick to these challengers even if he has to play qualies, otherwise he will keep winning 4 futures per year.

This year is coming to an end for Farah. It's been an awesome couple months but he just needs to get into the offseason now. He can relax for a while and then work hard to really improve himself for next season.

Farah had great results, but when I saw some of his videos I really didn't see anything special. Let's see what he can produce next year, but those last results don't surprise me that much.

Catastrophic result for Chucho! I feel that a defeat like this against a player like Estrella is showing him that his tennis is getting worse and worse inspite he is returning back from a quite long injury. He has the whole latinamerican challenger swing to see if he is ready to return to the top 100 but I have a bad feeling about it.

This is a good week for Estrella and Cabal reaching the SFs here. The same for Salamanca and Silva who have great chances to reach the finals. Will see how things develop but they should be the favourites to keep the title.

Silva d. Cabal 6-3 6-4

First challenger final for Julio since last year's Belo Horizonte title. Good last couple of months for him.

Good victory for Salamanca who is having such a great week. Tomorrow he is going to face a tough rival and things will be not so easy to keep the title on home soil as Silva is a good fighter. That should be an interesting match to watch.
