The current weather forecast predicts lots of rain and cold temperatures, especially in the evening.

How will it impact the tournament? Discuss.

Simplemente, no, indoors for Nadal under the roof, outdoors for Djoko and Thiem, for five consecutive days before the finals if possible this time, with one day of the rest less.

I heard the sound of a thunder, it roared out a warnin’
Heard the roar of a wave that could drown the whole world
Heard one hundred drummers whose hands were a-blazin’
Heard ten thousand whisperin’ and nobody listenin’
Heard one person starve, I heard many people laughin’
Heard the song of a poet who died in the gutter
Heard the sound of a clown who cried in the alley
And it’s a hard, and it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard
And it’s a hard rain’s a-gonna fall

Well sun helps Nadal & Thiem out, this will impact how high their ball rears up. It will also negatively impact big servers & big hitters in general. Ideal conditions for Djokovic, Swartzman & Bautista Agut. The more interesting thing will be 2nd week weather, Dominic would probably prefer Warm conditions but against Nadal might prefer cold damp conditions.

not good for Rafa, he enjoys hot and bouncy conditions, heavy conditions will slow things down and make the bounce lower, Advantage Djokovic

Perfect conditions for Sascha, he will annihilate the field.

This year it will be extremely difficult to Rafa winning another RG

Because of his lack of games
Potentially Thiem in SF and Novak in F
And rainy conditions

If he win this against all the odds this will be one of him best winning slams ever.

So surprising a Slam in European Fall could have such a shitty forecast... not.

I love it how everyone is talking about a Rafa or Djoko win, like it's the only possible outcome (although it's the most likely outcome). One might hope Zverev or someone random wins the tournament just to witness the shock here on MTF. That would be sublime.

I get your point, but he's the favourite for the event with bookmakers and most people. Aside from Dominic Thiem and Novak Djokovic, the draw is quite favourable. It's hardly littered with a bunch of talented, diehard clay courters.

well. weather forecast looks dire in mid europe as well, with snow expected down to 1000 meters above sea level. this is quite unusual for this time of the year for sure.
