Too bad Sampras only beat Federer in an EXO.

Why would Blake play ahead of Roddick? Other then last night, Blake's ability to handle the big match is suspect.

LOL.

That's a way to play.

Roddick has no winning record against Nadal and Federer.

So, why not go for James, He would go to take a win from Nadal.

And Sampras is just a speculation, because no one has a winning record against Roger Federer.

Rafa doesnt even play for Spain. Let alone an international team.

if you were among the Republican candidates, Giuliani and co could pack up and go home

but back to topic:
I agree that the Bryans would probably beat every other doubles' team, but don't forget that Federer won two of these exhibitions against Sampras and the US would probably never send Sampras to sth. like a Tennis Ryder's Cup unless he returns

and if USA sends Blake, rest of world simply sends King Karlo instead of Rafa to kick James' ass :p

Igor Andreev def. Roddick 3/6 6/4 6/3 6/4

Paul Capdeville def. Blake 6/3 6/3 6/4

This would be more realistic:

James Blake vs Roger Federer 4-6 4-6 2-6

Andy Roddick vs David Nalbandian 6-7 3-6 2-6

Bryan/Bryan vs Petzschner/Waske 6-7 6-7 3-6

The only point the USA would win could be the doubles.

Andy Roddick is very unlikely to beat Federer, Djokovic, Ferrer or Nalbandian.

In MTF land exos are more important than real matches.

Is English jcempire's first language? Seriously, I asked this question before but Burrow decided to call me out and the thread got derailed.

It would be no match really as the hypothetical "Rest of the World" team would win easily. Just saying that only Emilio Sanchez as the captain could possibly pick Nadal to face Blake indoors.
