ivo wasn't fresh from the beginning and wilted after the first set. He had some hope in the third set with a 2-0 lead, but he really lost zip on his serve for almost all of the last 3 sets.
Credit to dolgo.

simply unbelievable tennis from dolgo.
and 22 aces just for good measure. often hit serves in the 125-130 mph range. hit one at 134 but it was out.

Dolgo with some good stuff but Ivo really collapsed from that 2nd set onwards. Courts definitely not looking great for him either.
Dolgo needs to up that serve percentage badly, must have been in the 20s in that 3rd set.

Dolgo being the only young gun that you can say for sure is the real deal. Top20 in the race and might climb further. Some jaw-dropping shots at times.
Think he can trouble Djokovic. Could be one of the must see matches of this tournament

Ivo's level was a bit down, I will admit this. He wasn't awful but his serve was lacking some speed.
Nevertheless, Dolgo kept his level of play high and hit many beautiful passing shots. Also avoided a mental lapse throughout the match, but may have been getting tight at the end.
Doubt he troubles Djokovic but he's already made it one round further than I expected, so maybe he will surprise me again and play a tight match.

this. His passing shots were great as well. Was there actually already a match when Ivo got broken 6 times?

59 winners vs. 26 UEs, 22 aces, broke Dr. Ivo SIX times - and no, Ivo wasn't playing badly at all.
Dolgo will have to work to become more consistent, but if he manages that... oh wow!

Dolgo could be great but tbh it mostly depends on whether the Ukranian mafia ever release him from their contract
