Johansson winning AO 2000
Ivanisevic winning 2001 Wimby
Hewitt absolutely belting Sampras in USO 2001
Safin absolutely belting Sampras in USO 2000

would like to have seen the odds on all 4 men winning those respective tournaments at the beginning of the tournament

I'm not doubting they would have been at long odds. Gaston Gaudio was backed at over 300-1 to win Roland Garros last year. But there was no $1.50 favourite in the field.

all I was trying to point out, was that betting wise, it is very rare for such a heavy favourite to get rolled.
