Contrary to what has been said about streams from all 17 courts, it seems there will be only 11 courts available this year at the US Open.

This the information from US Open rulebook:
2015 will mark the first year of an 11-year agreement with ESPN to serve as the US Open’s exclusive domestic broadcast partner, and will offer fans unprecedented tennis coverage across its family of networks.
ESPN and ESPN2 will combine to air more than 130 hours of live match play with more than 1,100 hours of first-to-last ball coverage available on ESPN3, ESPN’s live multi-screen sports network, and will feature play from 11 courts
Also Eurosport Player says about "up to 11 dedicated channels" available during the US Open.
