UPDATE 3: Kohli stays where he is as OOP is out. Instead, Ferrer's spot taken directly by lucky loser Luka Vanni. Vanni vs James Ward R1 instead - lucky for the Brit and also lucky for Murray/Nadal.

UPDATE 4: Had Ferrer withdrawn BEFORE the 12 pm OOP being out, his spot would've been taken in draw by Isner (i.e. Isner would be R4 opponent for Nadal). Isner's spot would go to Kohli. And Kohli's spot would go to Luca Vanni who would face Djokovic tomorrow.
