i dunno if this thread already exists
but i though it would be useful to know what tournament he plans to enter
so we always know what tourny's next etc.
or talk about the future tournaments

Oct. 3-9: no tournament
Oct. 10-16: Vienna
Oct. 17-23: Madrid
Oct. 24-30: Basel
Oct.31-Nov. 6: Paris

that's it for this year i guess as he won't be among the last eight i think

To tell you the truth, I think Rogi is the least of Juanqui's problems at Basel cos Rogi never wins his hometown tournament (although I'm sure he's determined to win it this year finally). Basel draws a tough field including Nadal, Nalbandian, Coria, and Henman, plus Hrbaty, Stepanek, Gonzalez, Srichaphan, and this year Berdych.

There'll be no title for Juanqui in 2005...although I see that Bjorkman just won his first title in three years in Vietnam, so it's not impossible for 2006, but Jonas is a better fighter than Juanqui is.

Does the regular season really end the first week of November?
I guess so, Sol...Paris is the last tournament of the regular season and it starts Oct 31. Here's the calendar: http://www.atptennis.com/en/tournaments/fullcalendar/

I hope he does play all of those tournaments so that he can at least get closer to his goal of ending the year in the Top 15. But he has to do really well because he has about 200 or more points to make up and some good indoor players ahead of him in the entry rankings: Hrbaty, Stepanek, and Ljubicic. Also indoor carpet is probably his weakest surface, and he has never done well in Paris indoors.

So do I.If he loses to Federer and top players in tight sets surely I'm satisfied.Nobody is perfect. Now his first aim is winning in straight sets against average/lower ranking players, don't tell me he loses finally even he has a break or mp. :help:

he should have won the match against behrend :(
but he moved so much in the rankings this year - so i am quite satisfied with the year - he just has to win a title next year

Yeah,in the beginning of this year I don't expect he can climb the top 15. :worship:
I guess next year his new title is on hard court but not on clay. :)

Yeah he has some good rallies but I think his body can't let him win many x hours matches on clay in each tourney. Also he wants to be next Lopez. :haha: I mean in Spain almost everyone is good at clay, who thinks Juan is special?

i wouldn't care what GS it is - the most important thing is that he wins one
but a normal title would be okay too
